The Journey of Leader Motorcycles

Rob's journey with motorcycles began long before he founded Leader Motorcycles. With over 20 years of experience in the field, he has cultivated a deep understanding and passion for motorcycles. Arriving in Australia in 2017, he worked with one of the nation’s largest motorcycle distributors, gaining unparalleled experience across their insurance repair centre and three bustling retail service centres. His tenure there was marked by intensive training with industry giants—Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda, and Kawasaki—enhancing his already formidable skills honed during his earlier years at Honda Motorcycle South America.

Rob's deep dive into the world of motorcycle repairs in Sydney particularly sharpened his expertise in bodywork, and electrical and mechanical rebuilds for every make and model imaginable. This rich background inspired him to open Leader Motorcycles in 2022, a state-of-the-art workshop dedicated to providing comprehensive services.

Whether it's routine log book servicing, complex body repairs, or seamless accessory installations, Leader Motorcycles is equipped with the latest tools and diagnostic technology to handle it all.
